000
Ingredients
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1 Tbs orange juice
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 bone-in pork chops
1 Tbs steak seasoning
2 Tbs vegetable oil
Directions
  1. In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine the cranberries, balsamic, orange juice, rosemary and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer and let reduce and thicken for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and discard the rosemary.
  2. Heat a grill pan over high heat. Rub pork chops on both sides with steak seasoning. When pan is hot, add oil and then the pork chops. Lower heat to medium and cook chops on both sides while basting with the sauce. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side, depending on thickness of the chops. Serve with additional sauce on the side.
